Robert Millar
McTimoney Chiropractor
Robert trained for 5 years at the McTimoney Chiropractic College in Oxford and has been practicing as a chiropractor for more than 20 years. With a degree in McTimoney Chiropractic and additional training in including soft-tissue techniques, rehabilitation, and muscle energy techniques, he takes a holistic and whole-body approach.
He has extensive experience in clinic and has successfully helped patients with various musculoskeletal joint health problems to improve their quality of life. He has worked with a diverse range of conditions to improve health, postural and spinal alignment, enhance performance, and increase mobility.
Sophia Millar
Sophia trained at The College of Naturopathic Medicine, London and is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist with The British Association of Nutritional Therapy & Lifestyle Medicine. She is also a member of Plant-Based Health Professionals and trained at Winchester University in Plant-Based Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine. Sophia also has 20 years of experience as a primary teacher and has a 1st class degree in Education, with a deep knowledge of childhood development, learning and wellbeing.
Sophia specialises in supporting clients with IBS and gut health issues to feel more in control of symptoms and also address underlying root causes. Working with clients of all ages 1:1 to move towards improved gut health and to live a symptom-free life.
